You Deserve Better Than a Denture That Doesn't Work

Snap-on dentures and implant-retained alternatives give you stability, confidence, and the freedom to eat what you want — without the adhesive, without the slipping, without the frustration.

/ LET'S BE HONEST

Dentures Were Supposed to Give You Your Life Back — But They Didn't

You were told dentures would solve everything. But instead of confidence, you got frustration. Instead of eating what you want, you got a list of foods to avoid. Instead of forgetting about your teeth, you spend every day managing them.

The adhesive that doesn't hold. The clicking sound that makes you self-conscious. The sore spots that never fully heal. The way your face has started to change shape as your bone shrinks beneath a denture that was never designed to stop it.

You're not being dramatic. You're not being ungrateful. You're just ready for something that actually works.

Three Paths Forward — All Better Than What You Have Now

Snap-On Denture (2 Implants)

The most affordable implant-supported option. Two implants are placed in your jaw, and your denture clips securely onto them. It's removable for cleaning but stays firmly in place while you eat, talk, and smile. A dramatic upgrade from adhesive.

Snap-On Denture (4 Implants)

Four implants give your snap-on denture even more stability — especially helpful for the lower jaw, where traditional dentures struggle the most. Same removable convenience, just more confidence in every bite.

Fixed Implant Bridge (All-on-4)

The gold standard. Four or more implants support a full set of permanent teeth that never come out. You brush them like natural teeth, eat anything you want, and forget they're even there. It's the closest thing to getting your real teeth back. Learn about All-on-4.

Your Denture — But Stable, Secure, and Actually Comfortable

A snap-on denture (also called an overdenture) is a removable prosthetic that clips onto implants in your jawbone. It looks like a denture, but it behaves completely differently.

Instead of relying on suction or adhesive, it attaches to small connectors on top of two or four implants. You can remove it for cleaning at night, but during the day it stays locked in place — no movement, no slipping, no embarrassing moments.

For many patients, a snap-on denture is the sweet spot between a traditional denture and a fully fixed bridge. It's more affordable than All-on-4, far more stable than what you have now, and it can often be done with minimal surgery.

Eric B., a long-time patient of Tom's at Orléans Denture Clinic, recently had a removable bar overdenture placed at Renew and described himself as "extremely satisfied with the result."

Denture Alternative Questions — Answered

Cost depends on how many implants are placed and whether you're doing upper, lower, or both. We give you a clear, all-inclusive price at your free consultation — no hidden fees. We accept CDCP, insurance, and offer in-house payment plans.

In many cases, yes. If your current denture is in good condition, it may be possible to retrofit it to clip onto implants — saving you the cost of a brand-new prosthetic. We'll evaluate this during your consultation.

The implants themselves can last a lifetime with proper care. The snap-on attachments may need periodic replacement as they wear, and the denture itself may need relining or replacing every several years — similar to a traditional denture but with far better stability throughout. Learn what to expect.

Most patients are pleasantly surprised. We offer sedation dentistry so you can be relaxed or asleep during the procedure. Recovery is typically mild — most patients manage with over-the-counter medication and are back to normal within a few days.

That's absolutely possible. Many patients start with a snap-on denture and later upgrade to a full fixed bridge as their budget allows. We plan with the long term in mind so your implants can support either option.
